We want you to feel confident in choosing Reclaim. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Partially used bundles (bundles must be returned in full, unopened and unused)

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@reclaimbeauty.shop with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@reclaimbeauty.shop so we can resolve it promptly.

Return Shipping & Handling Fee

Return shipping costs are not covered by Reclaim. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

All approved returns will incur a $10 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please get in touch at hello@reclaimbeauty.shop.

EU Customers

If your order was delivered to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under the EU cooling-off period. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase..
